In the summer of 2024, everyone and their dog was talking about the Euros, and Greene King Pubs needed to find a way to cut through the noise. In a cross-team collaboration between marketing, design and copy, we looked to the 00s for inspiration.

Remember Match Attax cards? We leaned into the nostalgia, creating collectible cards based on food and beverage offerings. These went out into the world as customer-facing emails, overall generating an uplift in click-through rates.
